How to Use My Meditations 🌙

It’s truly so simple — just find a quiet space, close your eyes, and press play. My voice will guide you from there. Your only job? Receive.

If you’re manifesting something specific, I always recommend taking a few moments beforehand to create a vision board or journal out your elevated self — who she is, how she lives, how she feels. This prep work makes your visualization crystal clear.

To achieve lasting shifts in your beliefs and energy, I suggest using the same meditation — or rotating through different ones — for 21 consecutive days.

Why 21? Because that’s the sweet spot where repetition meets reprogramming, and true identity shifts begin to unfold.

Who Am I and Why I Started All This?

Since I was little, I always wanted to be an entrepreneur. So I started my first company at 19… but there was one thing standing in my way: I was painfully shy and introverted. 🙈

I mean, I would rehearse for hours before making a simple call. My hands would shake in meetings. I’d sweat through my clothes. I felt dizzy — like I could pass out just from speaking up. Real panic. Every. Single. Day.

And it broke my heart. I had so many ideas, but something inside me was keeping me stuck. My own body was working against me. And I started to wonder... What if this never changes?

One day, a friend told me to try hypnotherapy. It sounded a little too woo-woo for me… but I was curious enough to try it. So I made an appointment with a nearby hypnotherapist. 

And session by session… something shifted. I started feeling different when talking to people, when just walking down the street, or getting groceries — like the negative voice in my mind that used to talk me down got quieter and quieter. 

Once I realized how much hypnotherapy was helping me, I got super curious about exploring the possibilities this practice held. I started researching the science behind it, and asked my hypnotherapist to teach me how to create my own prerecorded sessions.

Using my own words, and experimenting with different visualizations, hypnotherapy became my new obsession. I loved the process of working with my own mind and programming it to move through every challenge I was facing.

And I began to understand something so simple, yet so powerful:

➡️  The way you show up is based on what you believe about yourself.

➡️ And those beliefs? They are not naturally chosen. You might not even be aware of them. They come from your experiences.

➡️ So if you’ve ever failed, felt ignored, or unworthy… you just keep showing up that way: quiet, insecure, shy. You set low standards for yourself — because that’s all you’ve ever known.

➡️ Here’s the shift: If your mind was trained to believe one story… it can be trained to believe a new one. Even if it’s imagined. Why? Because science literally proves that your mind can’t tell the difference between what’s real and what’s imagined.

➡️ So… what if you visualized being confident, successful, and abundant every day? You’d begin to see yourself that way — and eventually, you’d start to show up that way.

This is where it gets even more interesting — beyond just gaining new character traits: The way you show up — your thoughts, energy, and presence — manifests your reality.

The key to manifestation is so simple: Just keep visualizing it every day. Even if it feels weird at first (and trust me, it will), bit by bit, it rewires your mind.

Beliefs are built through repetition. And yet — THIS is where most women mess it up. They stop. They skip. They don’t do the repetition. And then wonder why nothing’s changing.

If you just create a vision board, it will do nothing for you unless you actually use it and imagine yourself living that vision every day.
